At Books To Advisor, we are committed to providing the highest quality accounting and bookkeeping services to meet your needs. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any fees paid for services rendered. Please read our policy carefully before engaging with our services.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with the services we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the service, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns or issues.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your service package at any time. To avoid being charged for the following billing cycle, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled payment. After cancellation, you will retain access to the services for the remainder of the billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
3. Modifications to Services
If you require modifications to the scope of services provided, please contact us directly, and we will be happy to adjust the services accordingly. Additional fees may apply depending on the changes requested.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that due to the customized nature of our services, all payments for our accounting and bookkeeping services are non-refundable once they have been rendered. This includes setup fees, monthly service fees, and any other charges related to the services provided.
5. Exceptions
In certain circumstances, such as errors or issues on our part, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
